Dear Danville High School Instrumental Music Parents and Supporters,
The DHS Instrumental Music Department is selling fruit again this year. As in past years, we are offering quality, reasonably priced Florida oranges, grapefruits and tangelos. This fruit is always fresh and delicious, if fact we are guaranteed that it will ship the same day it is picked!
Information and order forms and envelopes with detailed instructions were passed out to your students this week. Orders and payment are due by November 13, with delivery expected the first week of December. A portion of the proceeds from each box will go into your student's account - $2.50 for each 1 lb. carton and $3.50 for each 20 lb. carton. Family, neighbors, coworkers and friends are always great customers, but don't forget to ask former band and orchestra parents - they are always willing to help out.
A copy of the order form is attached. Details regarding date of delivery and location for picking up the orders will follow at a later date. And please keep in mind that we will need volunteers to help on the day of delivery.
